TaiwanWay offers traditional Taiwanese cuisine in San Francisco. From conceptualization to market testing, Bruce was responsible for managing all aspects of the marketing and branding efforts.
Brand elements included a symbol logo and a text logo. The symbol was inspired by the shape of the country, broken into numerous circles that represent the food cultures throughout Taiwan. The color was specifically picked to showcase the national flower of Taiwan, Plum Flower.
An ecommerce website was developed to accept secured credit card payments and online orders. This fully automated system allowed the operator to easily track orders and fulfill them in a timely manner.
