Matko is a Chipotle-style fast casual restaurant serving healthy and unique Korean ingredients. Bruce was engaged as the brand manager from conceptualization to opening.

A symbol logo shapes as a dining table with light rays outlining its silhouette conveys the founder’s vision to surprise diners what Korean food can be – both customization and exciting. To further reinforce this vision, Bruce developed the “Surprise Yourself” tagline to encourage diners to build something that would surprise themselves.

As part of this startup project, Bruce also performed financial forecast, presentation development, and market analysis to help secure investment.
